Euromillions Guarantees 100 Millionaires for Start of London Olympics
The Euromillions lottery made a very exciting announcement yesterday via Twitter and Facebook that on Friday 27th July 2012 they will be guaranteeing an outstanding 100 millionaires through the UK Millionaire Raffle to celebrate the start of the London Olympics. Euromillions officials stated that as a thank you to National Lottery players for helping fund the London Olympics they would be treating them to something rather special.
Not only will 100 millionaires be made through the UK Millionaire Raffle on Friday 27th July 2012 but alongside of that the usual Euromillions jackpot will be up for grabs. The UK Millionaire Raffle usually guarantees one UK Millionaire each draw but on the 27th July 2012 100 winning Millionaire Raffle numbers will mean player’s odds of winning will be significantly increased. As well as the Euromillions generating a great start to the London Olympics for 100 lucky ticket holders the Euromillions will also break the world record for the most millionaires created in a single lottery draw. The most guaranteed winners created previously by the Euromillions Millionaire Raffle was in December 2011 when 25 lucky ticket holders became millionaires overnight through the UK Millionaire Raffle.
The Euromillions guaranteed 100 millionaires draw is still nine weeks away however lottery players are already expressing their excitement and hoping that the jackpot might roll to astronomical levels in time for the record breaking Euromillions draw.
