EuroMillions rollover tonight

Friday April 30th 2010

The EuroMillions rollover tonight has a massive €59 million jackpot up for grabs and is likely to be the most popular lottery game in Europe over the weekend. €59 million is only just slightly higher than the amount that was won to create the largest jackpot winner in the UK earlier this year, when Nigel Page and Justine Laycock from Cirencester scooped a staggering €56 million by winning a half share of €112 million EuroMillions jackpot that was on offer at the time, in turn giving them the record title.

Although the EuroMillions is not the highest European jackpot on offer, with the Italian lottery game SuperEnalotto having €66.2 million up for grabs for the draw yesterday, it will almost certainly be the most popular due to the fact that it is easier to win. It may be that the SuperEnalotto had a winner last night and until the results of the draw are revealed, we will be unable to say what the jackpot is for the SuperEnalotto draw on Saturday. One thing we do know is that if neither of these lottery games has a winner over the weekend, we could easily see a combined jackpot total nearing €150 million on offer for next weeks lottery draws.

With it being Bank Holiday in the UK it would be quite easy to forget to buy lottery tickets for the EuroMillions this week and €59 million is certainly a chance not to be missed so make sure you get your tickets right away before embarking on a weekend break or any other activities you may have planned.
