There were $48 million worth of scratch-off lottery tickets on the police escorted delivery, which was unloaded in a red carpet type affair by the State Lottery Commission. There will be one dollar, two dollar and five dollar scratchcards available from 28th September and the first to be unloaded from the delivery was the 3 Times Lucky lottery ticket. Prizes for the games will range from $3,000 to $100,000.

Claiming to be the fastest lottery start up in history the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery will be giving 25-30% of its proceeds to scholarships. 60% will go to the prize fund and Arkansas lottery retailers will get 6 percent.

The aim of the Lottery Executive Director is to have 1,500 stores selling the lottery tickets across the state by the launch date however, there is still some way to go before this aim is reached with around 1,100 passing just some or all of the checks needed to be able to sell lottery tickets.

So with the launch date rapidly looming for the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, you will soon be able to buy lottery tickets for these new games at a retailer close by, as long as the target of 1,500 is reached on time for the launch.
