UK player wins Euromillions

Tuesday June 1st 2010

The Brits are doing very well for lottery wins this year as another UK player wins the EuroMillions scooping just short of a cool £13 million. It almost seems that every time there is a winner for the EuroMillions, a player in the UK features in one way or another. This of course is great news as with so many UK players getting in on the action, it can only encourage more people to play the EuroMillions in the hope that they will feature in the winning streak in some shape or form.

Obviously UK players have the added bonus of the Millionaire Raffle with the EuroMillions which means every UK player who has lotto tickets for this game has an extra chance to win a million, unlike other participating European countries. There are no details of this lucky UK winner as yet, but we will bring you any exciting news as soon as it is available.

There were four lucky ticket holders that shared the National Lottery jackpot this weekend too, each bagging just over $1.1 million each. So with a EuroMillions winner at four National Lottery winners, there will be many smiling faces in the UK this week as they lay claim to their prizes.

Another European draw that will take place today which is likely to be causing a stir in Europe is SuperEnalotto, the Italian game. Currently the largest jackpot in Europe standing at a massive €80.1 million, this is likely to be the favoured option for European players, at least for this week if not longer.
