Six winning numbers are drawn Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings. You can purchase a play for $2. To enter the next draw, you must buy your ticket by 6:59 PM MT on the evening of a draw. The draw takes place immediately after ticket sales close.
Players often want to know how long it takes for The Pick jackpot to get above $1 million. The Arizona Lottery increases The Pick's jackpot $100,000 at a time, based on ticket sales. Ticket sales fund the jackpot pool, which pays the winnings.
To win, you need to match - in any order - three, four, five or six of the winning numbers. If you match all six numbers you win the jackpot!
Cash or annuity? If you are the lucky person who wins the jackpot, that's a question you'll need to answer. You have 60 days from winning the jackpot to decide if you want a 30-year annuity split into multiple payments, or a one-time lump sum cash payment of approximately half the amount of the advertised jackpot. There's no wrong answer - either way, you're getting a boatload of money! If you don't make the choice between cash or annuity in 60 days, your winnings will be paid as a cash lump sum by default.
Below are The Pick prizes and odds of winning for each prize tier. The game now has a built-in multiplier feature (just like Mega Millions). This is generated randomly at the point of purchase and can be 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x. If you win a non-jackpot prize, your payout will be increased by the value of the multiplier on your ticket. Matching five numbers, for example, could reward you with $5,000 if the multiplier on your ticket is 5x.

If you want to add even more excitement to The Pick, you can play The Pick Plus for an additional $1 per game. If you play one game, for example, you can win up to $20. Play five games and there's a chance to win up to $50.
The Pick Plus prints separately and gives you a new set of random numbers. If any of these Plus numbers match any of the numbers you played in the main draw, you'll win right on the spot! The prize amount is the value shown on your ticket (it can vary from entry to entry). The authorized retailer will pay you the prize amount.
Simply choose six numbers from 1-40, or opt for Quick Pick to have the computer select them randomly for you.
You can play up to 10 consecutive draws on the same ticket using your numbers - just mark the number of draws you want to play on your selection slip.
For an additional fee, you can play The Pick Plus instant game, giving you more chances to win great prizes (more details in The Pick Plus section above).
Pay for your tickets at a cost of $2 per play ($3 per play if you opt in to The Pick Plus). A multiplier will be printed on your ticket at no extra cost, giving you the chance to increase non-jackpot prizes by up to five times their base value.
