300th millionaire winner for the Missouri Lottery

Earnest Pullen, a 56 year old man from Pevely, became the 300th millionaire winner for the Missouri Lottery after winning one of one million top prizes on a scratch card that he bought in St Louis. The scratch off ticket was the 100 Million Dollar Blockbuster game and was purchased from The Stand, 800 Block Chestnut Street. This win not only makes Earnest the 300th millionaire lottery winner for the state, but also the 47th person to win a million or more on a scratch card from the Missouri Lottery.

The 100 Million Dollar Blockbuster scratch off game from the Missouri Lottery began in September 2007 and has four top prizes on $1 million still left to play for. Buying a lotto ticket for this game will cost you $10 and lottery winners of the top prize have the option to receive $50,000 over 20 years for a lump sum.
