Pennsylvania becomes the 17th state to offer a version of Cash Pop. It did not exist at all until a few years ago, but it has proved so popular everywhere that more and more states are keen to take advantage of its unique game style.

It will work much the same in Pennsylvania as it does in other locations. A single digit between 1 and 15 is selected at random in each draw. Match the winning digit - or Pop - and you win! It’s as simple as that.

The prize you can win depends on a couple of factors. First, the amount you wager, and in Pennsylvania you can put down $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20 per number. A prize value is then generated at random at the point of purchase - this can be anywhere between 5x and 250x your wager amount.

The odds of winning are 1 in 15 for every number played, and you can even select every number to guarantee a prize. However, there is no guarantee that the payout will be as much as the amount you wager on tickets.

Go to the PA Cash Pop page to find out more about the game, including the draw times and all the possible payouts.

The Pennsylvania Lottery already offers a host of draw games, including Pick 2, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5, Cash 5 and Match 6 Lotto, and Executive Director Drew Svitko is confident that Cash Pop will be successful.

“The Cash Pop game is designed to appeal to both new and experienced players who enjoy quick, exciting gameplay," said Svitko. "We’re excited to introduce this dynamic game that provides multiple ways to win with every drawing.”

“When you play, Pennsylvania seniors win. All proceeds from Lottery games such as the new Cash Pop Draw Game go to help pay for life-sustaining services that help our older population with meals, transportation, prescription assistance and a host of other programs.”
