Oregon Lottery 4th July RaffleSaturday July 3rd 2010
Lottery raffles are becoming increasingly popular in the US and the Oregon Lottery 4th July Raffle draw has now taken place. Despite this being named the 4th July Raffle the draw actually took place on 1st July but given the odds of winning a prize, this will not be an issue for most lottery players who have taken part in this raffle game. This was the fourth raffle draw for the state of Oregon but only the first to be held around the 4th July and the top winner will walk away with a $1 million prize.
The winning number for this Oregon Lottery raffle was 195945 and there were 20 second prize winners each scooping $20,000, while 1,000 players walked away with $100. There were 250,000 tickets available for sale for this raffle from the Oregon Lottery, costing $10 each and they all sold out before the draw took place.
Those winners of $100 prizes can make their claim at any lottery retailer but other prizes must be claimed from the Lottery Office at 500 Airport Road SE, Salem. Any Oregon Lottery Raffle winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
If you hold a raffle ticket for this draw that took place on 1st July and have not yet seen the full results, you can check whether it is a winner when you next visit the Oregon Lottery online to buy your lotto tickets or by visiting any lottery retailer.
If you missed out on tickets for this lottery raffle draw, then keep your eyes open for the next one and get your tickets early as there are only ever a limited amount available.
