Last year, the raffle top prize was won by Carol Serbick who shared it with her three sisters. Carol purchased the lucky ticket at Bumpers Grill & Bar in Fairview on March 2, 2023. The retired Wood Village woman said: “I went to the restroom, walked past the bar and said to the bartender, ‘just give me one ticket.’ Between us sisters, we purchased a total of nine tickets.” The initial plan was that each sister would buy two tickets but Carol decided to purchase a ninth. They agreed to split the money before the winning numbers were drawn and they shared that the first thing they did after finding out they won was plan a trip.

Could you be the next raffle top prize winner? Head to the closest Oregon Lottery retailer, enter the raffle, and you too could be planning your luxurious spring holiday. Meanwhile, you can still enter Powerball and Mega Millions, especially as both of their jackpots have been rolling over for a while.
