The state’s highest-priced instant game also offers players a chance at the biggest prize that lottery fans have seen on a Michigan scratch-off.

"$300,000,000 Diamond Riches" features more than $300,000,000 in total prizes to be won, the highest-ever instant top prize of $6 million, and 50 chances to win on each ticket.

The game offers the following amazing prizes, all of which are still available to be hit:

  • Three top prizes of $6 million each
  • 100 second prizes of $500,000 each
  • 735 third prizes of $2,500 each

The smallest prize available is $50.

Winners of the $6 million grand prize can receive their payout as an annuity of 30 yearly payments of $200,000, or a single cash lump sum of approximately $4.1 million.

Michigan’s 10,500 statewide lottery retailers will also benefit - the new game's introduction brings the highest total commissions ever offered, $30.7 million.

How to Win

Here's how to take home a $300,000,000 Diamond Riches prize in the main play area:

  • If any of your numbers match any of the winning numbers, win the prize shown below that number
  • Scratch a 2X symbol to win double that prize
  • Scratch a 10X symbol to win 10 times that prize
  • Scratch a 100X symbol to win 100 times that prize
  • Scratch a 500X symbol to win 500 times that prize

Bonus: Scratch a Star symbol in any Bonus spot to win that prize value.

Second-Chance Drawings

If your ticket didn’t win, you have another shot at taking home a prize by entering it in a second-chance drawing. 10 drawings will be held, and in each drawing these prizes will be awarded:

  • One $100,000 prize
  • Five $10,000 prizes
  • 20 $1,000 prizes
  • 60 $500 prizes

The first drawing will be held on July 20, 2022 and the entry deadline is July 17. The cutoff to submit your ticket for the final drawing is November 13, 2022.

Michigan Joins $50 Ticket Trend

There’s been a growing interest among lotteries nationwide for launching high-price point instant games. Texas kicked things off with the first $50 scratch-off in 2007 and since then Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania and have launched $50 games. In May, the Texas Lottery launched the country’s first $100 scratch-off ticket.
