Welcome! Pick 3 is an excellent draw game if you enjoy favorable odds and more attainable prizes than those offered by bigger lotteries. Pick 3 offers two daily draws (Midday and Evening) in which you can win several cash prizes including a top prize of $500. The number of combinations you can use in Pick 3 are more limited than Mega Millions or Powerball, upping your potential.

If you want higher stakes and bigger prizes, there are other South Carolina lotteries available. Play Pick 4 for the same game but with four lucky numbers and higher prizes or Palmetto Cash 5 for five lucky numbers and even bigger jackpots.
Pick 3 is played at the following times:
Ticket sales end just before the draw – make sure you get them beforehand! – and then open again right after the draw, giving you plenty of chances to play.
Select Multi-Draw to play up to 28 draws in a row on one ticket. You can use the same numbers consecutively up to 14 times in a row for the Midday Draw (select DAY), 14 times in a row for the Evening (select EVE), or 28 draws in a row if you choose BOTH.
Wanting to book which Pick 3 draws you enter in advance? Select Advanced Play to enter one or more draws on a future day.
Add Fireball for an extra opportunity to win. Fireball is one extra number drawn after the regular Pick 3 numbers that you can pay extra to add to your SC Pick 3 ticket. Fireball doubles the cost of your base plays and replaces one of your three chosen lucky Pick 3 numbers.

Choose your favorite three numbers from 0 to 9 – or select Quick Pick to have the lottery terminal do it for you. Each play slip panel A-E is a separate play. If you check the Front Pair or Back Pair play type, you only need to choose two numbers (00 to 99).
You can wager $0.50 or $1 on Straight, Box, or Pairs play types. Straight/Box costs $1. A 3-Way Combo costs $1.50 or $3, while a 6-Way Combo costs $3 or $6 according to the numbers you choose. Remember, higher wagers generally lead to bigger prizes.

You can play at Midday, Evening, or both. Simply select DAY for the 12:59 PM draw and EVE for the 6:59 PM draw, or BOTH for both draws. If you don't mark any of the boxes given, or you forget to mark your preference, you'll be entered in the next available draw.

There are two versions of the South Carolina Pick 3 game - Midday and Evening. Pick 3 Midday is played Monday - Saturday at 12:59 PM EST and Pick 3 Evening is drawn daily at 6:59 PM EST. Add the Fireball option for extra chances to win.
Straight Match all numbers in the exact order drawn to win. Cost is either $0.50 or $1.
Box Match all numbers drawn in any order to win. Box plays can be 3-Way (three potential winning combinations) or 6-Way (six potential winning combinations) depending on the numbers you select. Cost is $0.50 or $1.
Straight/Box Combines a $0.50 Straight with a $0.50 Box bet in one play. The prize is higher for a Straight (exact order) match. Cost baseline is $1.
Combo This play is the same as three or six Straight bets. If you wager $0.50 per combination, the total cost is $1.50 or $3. If you wager $1 per combination, the total cost is $3 or $6. The ticket cost depends on which numbers you choose.
Pairs For a Front Pair win, you must match the first two numbers drawn in exact order. For a Back Pair win, match the last two numbers drawn in exact order. Cost is either $0.50 or $1.
Ticket sales close at 12:45 PM for daily Midday draws, and then again at 6:45 PM for the Evening draw.
Yes! You able to play in up to 14 consecutive Midday or Evening draws. If you want to play both draws, you can select the "BOTH" option to enter in up to 28 consecutive draws on a single ticket.
Tickets cost $0.50 or $1.00 for a Straight Box or Combo play type. If you add the FIREBALL feature, it will double the cost of a Pick 3 base play.
You need to be at least 18 years old to play Pick 3 in South Carolina.
You will not be able to claim a Pick 3 prize if you lose or damage your ticket. As tickets are considered bearer instruments, whoever possesses the ticket can claim any winnings. Unfortunately, lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
