All or Nothing is a quick-fire Texas Lottery draw game which offers a top prize of $250,000. There are two ways to win the jackpot – by matching all 12 of the numbers drawn, or by matching none of them – All or Nothing! Prizes and Odds

There are 10 ways to win in every draw. In fact, you get a payout unless you match five, six or seven of the 12 numbers drawn. Here's a breakdown of the numbers needed to win a specific prize, as well as the odds of winning:

In a drawing with more than 20 top-prize-winning plays, the top prize is paid on a pari-mutuel basis (the amount is determined by the number of winning tickets and total ticket sales). A liability cap of $5 million is divided equally among the top prize-winning plays.

How to Play All Or Nothing

1. Pick your Numbers

Select 12 numbers from 1 to 24, or mark the QP (Quick Pick) option to get a set randomly generated for you.

2. Which Draws?

There are four draws a day, six days a week (Monday through Saturday). The Multi-Draw option keeps you in the game for up to 24 draws.

Draw Schedule

Here are the draw times for All or Nothing. It’s played four times a day, apart from Sunday when there are no draws. Ticket sales close 10 minutes before each draw takes place and then reopen just after the numbers have been selected. All times below are in CT.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do draws take place?

Draws are held four times a day from Monday to Saturday, at 10:00 AM, 12:27 PM, 6:00 PM and 10:12 PM CT. No draws take place on Sunday.

What is the cost to play?

All or Nothing costs $2 per play.

What is the minimum age to play?

You have to be at least 18 years old to buy any lottery ticket in Texas.

Can I play more than one draw?

Yes, you can play 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, or 24 consecutive draws.

Do I have to share the prize if multiple players win?

Probably not! All the prizes are fixed amounts, even the jackpot. However, there is a liability cap of $5 million, which means that a maximum of 20 players can receive the top prize of $250,000 each. In the unlikely event that more players win, the $5 million fund would have to be split out equally.

How long do I have to claim?

You must claim any prizes you win within 180 days of the relevant draw date.
