Cowboy Draw is Wyoming's only homegrown lottery game, and it's a fun one! There are two draws every week: Mondays and Thursdays at 2:00 PM Mountain Time (not quite High Noon). Tickets cost $5, and each ticket contains two lines of numbers, so you get two shots at winning. The prizes are more than you might expect - the jackpot starts at $250,000 and reaches some dizzying heights: The biggest jackpot won so far was a whopping $3,564,227!
Match two or more numbers to win a prize, or all five for the jackpot. You can win prizes with both lines on your ticket simultaneously. Check the Cowboy Draw odds and prizes on the table below:

The overall odds of winning a prize are approximately 1 in 11.5 per line, or closer to 1 in 6 per ticket.
Cowboy Draw is an easy game to play, with no add-ons or extras. Once you've got your playslip, select two sets of five numbers from 1 to 45 - alternatively, use the Quick Pick option if you'd prefer random computer-generated numbers.
Use the Multidraw option on the playslip to enter your numbers in up to 20 consecutive draws. Leave this section blank if you only want to play one draw.
Now, all that's left to do is wait for the next Cowboy Draw! These take place every Monday and Thursday at 2:00 PM, Mountain Time.
Ticket sales close for upcoming Cowboy Draws at 1:45 PM MT, 15 minutes before the draw takes place. Sales reopen 20 minutes after, at 2:05 PM MT.
You must be 18 or older to take part in Wyoming Lottery games, including Cowboy Draw.
Claiming prizes of less than $600 can be done at any WyoLotto retailer, while bigger prizes can be claimed by mail or in-person at the WyoLotto offices in Cheyenne. Visit the main Wyoming Lottery page for more information.
All WyoLotto lottery tickets expire 180 days from the date of the draw they're for. Once this limit is up, the ticket expires and prizes can no longer be claimed.
No – each line is self-contained, so two matches on one line and two matches on the other would not land you the match-4 prize.
The record for the biggest Cowboy Draw jackpot is $3.5 million, which was won by an anonymous player in March 2023.
