Colorado Pick 3 is a three-digit game with two draws every day, a variety of wagers and bet types to choose from, and a top prize of $500 on a $1 bet.
The Midday draw takes place at 1:30 PM MT and the Evening draw is held at 7:30 PM seven days a week. Ticket sales close immediately before each draw. Tickets are also unavailable from 12:00 AM to 4:30 AM Monday through Saturday and from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Sunday.
Check the table below for all the Pick 3 prizes available and chances of winning according to bet type. The payouts you can win depend on both your wager type and the amount you wager, varying from 50¢ up to $5 (when wagering on Exact + Any order you must wager $1 or more).

Select one of five bet types – Exact Order, Any Order, Exact + Any, Front Pair or Back Pair. A description of each one can be found below.
Choose three numbers from 0 through 9; they can be the same or different. To play even faster, ask the retailer for a Quick Pick or mark the Quick Pick box on your playslip and the lottery computer will randomly select your numbers.
Pick 3 is Colorado's only jackpot game where you have a choice of wagers. The more you bet, the bigger the prizes you can win. Select from $0.50, $1, $2 or $5 (minimum $1 wager on the Exact Order + Any Order bet type).
You can enter multiple drawings for the Midday or Evening time, or both. Play up to 28 draws for Midday or Evening, or up to 56 draws for both draw times.
Exact Order - Choose three numbers and match them all to the winning numbers in the exact order drawn.
Any Order - Choose three unique numbers (for example, 1-2-3) or with two the same (for example, 1-2-2), and match them all to the winning numbers in any order.
Exact + Any Order - The minimum wager is $1 – half your bet goes on matching the numbers exactly, and half on matching them in any order. You win both parts of the prize if you get all the numbers in the correct positions, or just the Any Order payout if they are in a different order. Again, you can choose three unique numbers (for example, 1-2-3) or with two the same (for example, 1-2-2).
Pairs - Choose two numbers in positions one and two on your playslip. Numbers can be the same or different. Win if your numbers match in the exact order and position.
The cut-off time for ticket sales is 1:30 PM MT for the Midday draw and 7:30 PM MT for the Evening draw. Draws take place immediately after ticket sales close.
The minimum age to play Pick 3, or any other lottery game in Colorado, is 18.
You can play up to 28 consecutive drawings for just Midday or Evening, or up to 56 if you play both draws.
Only if you select a Front Pair or Back Pair wager and match both numbers in the correct positions. You always have to match all the numbers you pick, so there is no prize for matching two out of three if you play Exact Order, Any Order or Exact + Any.
You can decide how much to wager - $0.50, $1, $2 or $5. The one exception is Exact + Any Order plays, which cost a minimum of $1.
The prize payouts are proportional to the odds of winning. If you have two numbers the same, there are three ways those numbers could be drawn – for example 1-1-2, 1-2-1 and 2-1-1. If all three numbers are different, there are six ways of winning – for example 1-2-3, 1-3-2, 2-1-3, 2-3-1, 3-1-2 and 3-2-1.
