Idaho Pick 3 is an exciting, fast-paced draw game with prizes of up to $2,500 a variety of wager types to keep things interesting. The Sum It Up add-on can also be used to give you even more ways to win! Draws are held twice every day, so you'll never have to wait long to find out if you're a winner.
The Day draw takes place at 1:59 PM MT, and ticket sales close at 1:54 PM; Night numbers are drawn at 7:59 PM and the cutoff to buy tickets is 7:54 PM.

For an extra dollar, you can add Sum It Up to your play for another way to take home a prize. If the sum of your three digits equals the sum of the winning numbers, you win! For example, if you choose 1, 2, and 3, their sum is 6. If the winning numbers also equal 6 - for example 3, 0, 3 - you win a payout!
Here are a few more details about the Sum It Up add-on, along with the odds and prizes available. It's actually possible to win the main Pick 3 prize and a Sum It Up prize on the same ticket, which is incredibly satisfying if you manage to pull it off! However, Sum It Up is not available with the Front or Back Pair wager types. Sum It Up always costs $1 no matter what you wagered on the main game, so there's only one set of odds and prizes:

Choose your favorite three numbers from 0 to 9 and mark one in each column of your playslip. To play even faster, mark Quick Pick and the lottery computer will randomly generate your numbers.
Choose your wager amount: 50¢ or $1. The more you bet, the bigger the prizes you could win.
This determines how your numbers can make a winning match with the Lottery's numbers - more information is in the Prizes and Odds section below. The basic options are to match the winning numbers in the Exact Order drawn, in Any Order, or match Pairs - only the first two or last two numbers.
For the Any Order play type, using three unique digits (like 123) gives you more ways to win, while duplicate numbers (like 112) give you a larger payout if your numbers hit!
The most convenient way to play your numbers for multiple draws is using the Multi Draw section on your play slip. Simply mark the number of consecutive draws you want to enter: 2, 4, 6, 10, 14, 28, 42, or 70. Leave blank if you only want to enter the one draw.
Straight - Win $500 on a $1 play or $250 on a 50¢ play by matching all 3 winning numbers in the exact order drawn. For example, if you play 1-2-3, you only win if the numbers are drawn exactly as 1-2-3.
Box - Win by matching all 3 winning numbers in any order. A 3-Way Box (two identical digits, like 1-1-2) pays $160 on a $1 bet ($80 on a 50¢ bet). A 6-Way Box (three unique digits, like 1-2-3) pays $80 on a $1 bet ($40 on a 50¢ bet).
Straight/Box - A $1 combination play that splits your wager. If you match in exact order, you win both payouts combined ($330 for a 3-way, $290 for a 6-way). If you match in any other order, you win the Box payout only ($80 or $40).
Pairs - Ignore the third number entirely and play for a 2-digit match. Choose Front Pair to match the first two numbers in exact order (e.g., 1-2-X) or Back Pair to match the last two numbers (e.g., X-2-3) to win $50 on a $1 play ($25 on a 50¢ play).
The minimum age to purchase ID Pick 3 tickets is 18.
All prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date.
Prize payouts are relative to the odds of winning. If you play two duplicate numbers, you have ‘3 Ways’ to win. A combination featuring three unique numbers is known as a 6-Way play, so the chances of winning are twice as good but the payout is halved.
