In Oregon, four Pick 4 drawings take place every day. These are held at 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
In Any Order plays, each combination represents a chance to win. You can make more different combinations with the numbers 1234 compared to 1222, so you’d be more likely to win by playing 1234.
In order to balance the game out, the prizes are increased if you win while using duplicate numbers.
