There are plenty of opportunities to win, with drawings held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 PM PT. You can buy tickets for that night's draw right up until the draw time.
Win for Life has 46 ways to win, and you can win more than once on a single ticket! You can even win if you match no numbers. If your four numbers match all four drawn in the Win for Life set, you'll win the top prize! Here's what you could win:

To play, all you need to do is pay $2 for a ticket and pick four two-digit numbers from 01 to 77. If you don't want to choose your own numbers, you can always have them randomly generated by selecting the Quick Pick option on your playslip.
Use the Consecutive Drawings option on your playslip to enter your chosen numbers into the next 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 10 drawings. Leave blank to play just the one game.
On the ticket, you receive a total of 15 sets of numbers, including 14 additional sets of auto-generated numbers which are used for the runner-up prizes. The line you selected yourself is used to win the jackpot. Matching all four numbers in any set means you win the prize listed above the set.
Make sure to sign the back of your ticket and keep it in a safe place.
Each ticket contains 15 lines of numbers that can be used to win prizes, and they are divided into four main categories, these are clearly labelled on the ticket, so it shouldn’t be too confusing. The prize for each tier can be won if all four numbers on a single line match the drawn numbers.
The numbers the player selects are used to win the jackpot. The first two sets of random numbers are used to win the $50,000 prize. The next three lines are used to win the $20,000 prize, and the remaining eight lines are used to win the $10,000 prize.
Finally, there are also three prize tiers for matching three numbers from any set ($25), matching two numbers in any set ($2), and for not having any of the drawn numbers on your ticket at all ($3).
You can win one prize for every line, so if you were to match three on one line and two on another, you could claim $27 in prizes.
