Pick 5 is a fast-paced FL game with a top prize of $50,000! There are three different play types, so you can enjoy Pick 5 your way: Straight, Box, or Straight/Box. With each of these, you can also add the Fireball option to boost your chances of landing a prize.

Straight, Box, or Straight/Box. You can win a Straight play by matching the winning numbers in drawn-order, while for Box plays, the order isn't important. Straight/Box plays combine the two, so you can win one prize for matching in any order, or both prizes for matching in the exact order.
FL Pick 5 playslips have five panels, labeled A-E; each panel equals one play. For each panel you want to play, select one number from 0 to 9 for each of the five columns. You can also check the Quick Pick box for an automatic random number selection.
You can wager either $0.50 or $1 on Straight and Box plays. However, Straight/Box plays always cost $1, equivalent to a $0.50 bet on each play type.
On your playslip, you can select MID to enter your numbers into the Upcoming Midday drawing, EVE for Evening, or BOTH for both draws (this option gives you two tickets). If you don't mark a time, the terminal will print a ticket for the next available draw.
Fireball is a sizzling add-on option for your Pick 5 ticket that can increase the chances of taking home a prize. Fireball doubles the cost of your play and applies to all panels.
A Fireball number from 0-9 is drawn right after the main Pick 5 game - you can use the Fireball number to replace any Pick 5 number to make new winning combinations. You can even win the main prize AND the Fireball prize in the same draw!

Ticket sales cut off at 1:18 PM ET for the Midday draw, and 9:33 PM ET for the Evening draw.
You must be at least 18 to buy an FL Pick 5 ticket, or redeem a prize.
You can play up to 28 consecutive draws by marking both draw times and ‘14’ in the section of the playslip to specify the number of days.
You can wager $0.50 or $1 for Straight or Box wagers. If you choose a Straight/Box, the cost is a fixed $1 and $0.50 goes on each part of the wager.
No, your numbers stay the same. The Fireball replaces any of the five winning numbers drawn.
All Pick 5 prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date.
