Mass 4 is the Bay State's four-digit daily draw game, offering players the opportunity to win up to $5,000 For just a $1 wager every day. Mass 4 was launched in June 2026 alongside the state's iLottery platform, and the game is only available online via iLottery. The draws are held at 10:00 PM ET, with ticket sales for each draw closing 5 minutes beforehand at 9:55 PM.
Mass 4's top prize is $5,000 for a standard $1 wager - although you can wager more to win more – and can be won by matching all the numbers in the order they're drawn on an Exact play-type ticket. The prizes on offer and your odds of winning are both determined by the play type you choose for your ticket. Check the table below for a complete list of odds and prizes for every play type. The table shows the prizes for $0.50 and $1 wagers - if you played a higher wager, simply multiply the $1 prize by the dollar value of your wager to find the prize.

Mass 4 gives players the option to add the 'Wicked Bonus' to their tickets. After the main four digits are drawn, a fifth Wicked Bonus digit is drawn, and players can use this digit to replace any of the four main winning digits – this gives them up to four additional chances to win!
Wicked Bonus prizes are slightly lower than main-game prizes, but the odds of winning are much better. You can win Wicked Bonus prizes and main-game prizes simultaneously, and even multiple Wicked Bonus prizes for the same draw. Check out how the Wicked Bonus affects the odds and prizes for each play type using the table below. The prizes shown are for a $1 wager - if you wagered a different amount, simply multiply the $1 prize by the dollar value of your wager to work out how much you won.

Next, decide which play type you'll be using. The play type determines how your numbers need to match in order to win a prize, and you can only pick one from the list. The section below explains how each of the different play types works.
Pick four digits from 0 to 9 – duplicates are permitted, but using them will affect the odds and prizes for certain play types. Read all about it in the Ways to Play section below. If you prefer, you can use random 'Quic Pic' numbers instead of your own picks.
In Mass 4, players get to decide how much they spend on their ticket, with prices starting at $0.50. The other options are $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, and $10 per play. Wager amounts do not affect anything except the prizes on offer, and the prizes are all in proportion to one another (e.g. the $5 prize for any play type is 5x the value of the $1 prize for that same play type).
The Wicked Bonus is an optional add-on for Mass 4 that doubles the cost of your play, but gives you lots more chances to win a prize. A fifth number, the Wicked Bonus number, will be drawn after the main four. You can use this number to replace any one of the four main numbers at a time, giving you up to four more ways to win a prize!
Finally, decide how many draws you'd like to enter. By default, your ticket will be entered into the next upcoming draw only, but you can specify if you'd like to enter your numbers in the next upcoming 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, or 20 draws.
Exact - To win, you must match all four digits in the order they're drawn..
Any - To win, match all four of your digits in any order.
Exact/Any - This play type splits your wager in two, half on Exact, half on Any. Matching in drawn-order wins you half of both prizes, while matching in any other order wins you half of the Any prize.
Combo - This play type lets you enter all possible combinations of your numbers as individual Exact plays – you can win the top prize by matching in any order, but your ticket will cost more than usual.
The Wicked Bonus gives players access to a special fifth number, drawn after the main four, which you can use to substitute any of the main numbers. Let's say you played the numbers 8-8-0-8 (Exact), and the winning numbers were 8-8-0-8 with 8 as the Wicked number. You'd win the main Exact prize, but also three ExactWicked Bonus prizes, since you can swap an individual eight for the Wicked 8 three times.
Mass 4 tickets are only available online via the MA Lottery's iLottery platform.
No – only one play type at a time is permitted. You can always buy additional tickets using the other play types.
