How to Win on Maryland Pick 5

Winning in Pick 5 depends on your chosen play type: Straight, Box, and a choice of Front or Back 2, 3, and 4 (read more on our main Pick 5 page if you're not familiar with the play types). You’ll win if your numbers match the draw results according to the rules of your selected play style. A Straight match - all five digits in exact order - wins the highest prize for that draw.

If the checker indicates a win, the next step is claiming your prize. Prizes up to $600 can be claimed at any authorized Maryland Lottery retailer.
