The Results

As we have only seen two drawings, there is not much to speculate on in terms of what numbers were drawn and which numbers were left in the box. But with the game being a daily event, the statistics will quickly pile up.

The First Drawing

Sunday February 22nd’s Millionaire for Life event revealed the numbers (in ascending order) 1, 30, 48, 54, 58, and a Millionaire Ball 4. While nobody won either of the top prizes, there were several thousand winners of the smaller prizes. Twenty players won the Match 4 prize, which is $500 per winner. Over two hundred players won Match 3 with the Millionaire Ball, which got each winner $250, and almost nine-hundred winners of $50. Not bad!

The Second Drawing

Monday February 23rd’s Millionaire for Life drawing unveiled numbers 11, 18, 21, 25, 55, and a Millionaire Ball of 1. Again, there were no winners of either of the top prizes, but there were two winners of $7,500, twenty-five winners of $500, and tens of thousands of winners of lower tier prizes.

The Next Drawing

Lottery fans and officials are all waiting on the edge of their seats for the first ever Millionaire for Life jackpot winner and the second prize winner of $100,000 per year for life. The result is inevitable, and many questions remain unanswered including what jurisdiction will be the first to win, and whether there will be multiple winners. Time will tell. In the meantime, Millionaire for Life prizes remain fixed.

Entering Millionaire for Life: What to Know

Since it's a new game, a lot of players are understandably still hazy on some of the finer points of the game. Here's a quick reminder of the key ways the game differs from Cash4Life, Lucky for Life, and other familiar games that it has replaced.

  1. Ticket Cost: Tickets are $5 each, so you are playing for bigger prizes, but the entry fee is higher than the aforementioned previous games
  2. Odds: There are several prize tiers in this game, but the odds of winning any prize at all in the game are 1 in 8.46, although the odds of winning the jackpot is 1 in 22,910,580.
  3. Prizes: They are all fixed and also pari-mutuel. The jackpot never goes up, and if there are multiple jackpot winners, the prize will be split amongst them.

How to Play

Millionaire for Life involves picking five numbers from 1 to 58 and a single digit from 1 to 5 for a top prize of $1 million a year for life, and a second prize of $100,000 a year for life. Go to our main Millionaire for Life page to discover more about the play mechanics.
